Simple steps, fast resolution
Products are eligible for a return and full refund if they meet all of the following criteria:
Reach out to our support team via email at support@pepcell.com or through the contact form on our website. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with packaging and shipping instructions.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
