Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier, though we will assist in filing claims on your behalf. 5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original, sealed condition. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns and must be obtained from our support team prior to shipping.
